Asheville City Schools is proud to provide a local supplement for our employees! The supplement is based on North Carolina State years of service and is paid out in a lump sum every year in May. 

Local Supplement Schedule: 

0-4 years of NC state service: 9% of your salary

5-9 years of NC state service: 9.5% of your salary

10-19 years of NC state service: 10% of your salary

20+ years of NC state service: 16.50% of your salary
