Nicole and her husband Mark have two parakeets and are planning to adopt a rescue dog this fall. Nicole loves teaching children for the simple reason that she learns from them each day and enjoys guiding them towards a lifetime of learning.
Ms. Nicole is working with Instructional Assistant, Xavier LaTorre to create a nurturing learning environment that is welcoming to first, second, and third graders. Mr. Xavier previously served as an assistant in the Asheville City Schools Preschool Program. To the Montessori environment Mr. Xavier brings his training in Conscious Discipline. It is exciting to see this team working together with the Lower Elementary students.
