Blue Ridge Health is excited to offer comprehensive school-based health services in seven counties throughout Western North Carolina. These services promote well-being, health equity, and positive health outcomes for students in the community. 

School-based health programs are available to students, staff, and their families.  Students must be registered with Blue Ridge Health in order to access these health services. To register your child: 

• Complete and sign the BRCHS School Health Center Student Registration and Permission Form (Click here for Spanish)
• Provide insurance information (if applicable) and/or the Application for Discount Services (Click here for Spanish)
• Return the forms to the School-Based Health Center or the front desk of your child’s school OR email them to SBHCregistration@BRCHS.com.

Our team will reach out to you prior to completing any billable medical services. For this reason, we ask that you provide the requested insurance information. If you do not have health insurance, we are happy to help your family apply for coverage. We also offer an affordable sliding-fee scale.
