VISION

The Curriculum and Instruction Department will provide all staff with the training, support, and resources necessary to ensure pedagogical and content knowledge and to create responsive classroom cultures where students feel emotionally, intellectually, culturally, and physically safe and valued. 

MISSION

Through professional learning opportunities, targeted coaching, and access to necessary resources, we trust, support, and collaborate with staff to be creative, innovative practitioners by:

• Cultivating safe and cooperative learning environments where belonging and agency are centered; 
• Designing, planning, and implementing a standards-based curriculum that sets high expectations and engages all learners to ensure every second counts;
• Fostering college and career readiness where students are the leaders of their own learning; and 
• Engaging in data-driven instruction to support individual learners.
