Current Project Progress

Our construction crews are currently maximizing the summer break to complete heavy infrastructure work. Our goal is to ensure the building is comfortable, quiet, and fully functional when staff and students return in August.

Here is what we are working on right now:

Foundation & Structural Prep

  • Elevator Shaft Progress: Workers are actively re-routing underground sewer lines and pouring concrete foundations. This essential groundwork will support the upcoming installation of our new multi-story elevator tower.

HVAC & Climate Control Upgrades

  • New Equipment Set: The brand-new, energy-efficient main Air Handling Units (HVAC) and pumps have been successfully lifted and set into place.

  • Testing & Activation: Operational testing and equipment startups are scheduled for late July. This ensures the entire system is fully calibrated, active, and cooling the building beautifully before our teachers and staff arrive on August 13th.
