Infinite Campus

A: ACS sent an email to parents and guardians that contains information about getting started. The email includes a personalized link that you can use to set up your account on the Parent Portal. This link is specific to each person and connects parents and guardians to their children. If you have not received an email with login instructions for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please contact your child's school to ensure they have your email address listed correctly in Infinite Campus.

Yes. To create your Parent Portal account, you need a special code that is just for you, called the GUID. You can look up your GUID at this website https://portalaccess.ncsis.gov/. You will need your child's student ID number to look up your code. Once you have your GUID, you can use it to create your Parent Portal account by going to https://111.ncsis.gov/parent and clicking New User.

A: Students sign in through the NCEdCloud at https://my.ncedcloud.org/ which is linked on the parent sign in page, as well as on school websites, for ease of access.

A: Students will be provided with information to access their data even if parents do not request access.

 In order to maintain full compliance with the U.S. Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), all NCSIS Infinite Campus users are required to access Infinite Campus using their own account. Student data is not accessible by anyone who does not have the authority to do so. Students have access to their own data, and any parent or legal guardian may also request access.

If there is a situation where a parent or legal guardian should not receive access to student data, please notify the school immediately.
