Asheville City Schools does not sell or trade any information collected via its Website. However, with the exception of information protected by state and federal privacy laws, any data collected via the Website is a public record, and has to be provided in response to a valid public records request.

On occasion, the ACS Website uses cookies to manage user logins, enable online sign ups or enhance the user experience. Cookies are also used from time-to-time to gather data on how the public uses the Acs Website, in order to guide improvement efforts. In such cases, no personally identifying information is recorded.
