Our ACS Department of Transportation has approved all transportation requests submitted by the August 14, 2024 deadline. We are currently processing requests received after the deadline (August 15th-August 22nd) and anticipate completing all transportation requests by the end of this weekend. Our team is hard at work processing requests in the order in which they were received, and we greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
To stay informed about your student’s transportation route throughout the school year, we offer three easy ways to sign-up for updates:

Power School Parent Portal *Please note that Power School updates once weekly on Thursdays and will not provide the typical daily updates on transportation operations.
Chipmunk App:
Keeping track of your student’s school bus just became even easier! To receive live updates about bus routes, times, stop locations, and GPS location services, create a Chipmunk account. If you already have one, use the one from last year to view your child's 2024-2025 transportation information. If you had the Chipmunk app prior to November 2023 and haven't used it since, you will need to reinstall the app as several important software updates have been made.

PLEASE NOTE: Some bus numbers and times may have changed, so please double-check your Chipmunk app for the most updated information before the first day of school on Monday, August 26th.
BusPlanner Parent Portal:
The BusPlanner Parent Portal helps you view your student’s transportation information, subscribe to bus alerts, and more. Set up an email notification using the parent portal link here. Choose the parent portal icon and follow the setup instructions. The email you use in the Bus Planner Web Parent Portal MUST match the one used in Power School (helpful tip: check Power School to remember the email associated with your student’s information).
